Execution: Lift your left leg straight up toward the ceiling while maintaining the downward dog position, creating a three-limbed dog pose that targets the hamstrings of both the standing leg and the elevated leg.

- 04Keep your hips square and your standing leg strong.
Keep in mind
- Press evenly through both hands.
- Keep the raised leg straight and engaged.
- Avoid opening the hip of the raised leg.
