Question 1

What is Spark Health?

Accepted Answer

Spark Health brings exercise demonstrations, workout building, recipes, meal planning and nutrition lookup into one place, with a personal dashboard for your saved favourites.

Question 2

How much does membership cost?

Accepted Answer

Unlimited access to all features is priced at $12.99 per month or $89.99 per year in USD. Annual billing saves $65.89 — approximately 42% — compared with twelve monthly payments. Creating an account does not start a paid subscription.

Question 3

What's included?

Accepted Answer

Both plans include the exercise library and videos, workout builder, recipe search and details, meal plan generator, food nutrition lookup, camera barcode scanning and your personal dashboard. There are no feature differences between monthly and annual plans.

Question 4

How do I create an account?

Accepted Answer

Choose Sign up and continue with Google. If you already have an account, choose Sign in and use the same Google account to return to your dashboard.

Question 5

How do I save workouts and meal plans?

Accepted Answer

After generating a workout or meal plan, choose Save. You can also save recipes and exercises. Sign in first, then find everything in My dashboard, where you can view or remove saved items.

Question 6

How do I build a workout?

Accepted Answer

Choose your muscle group, equipment and difficulty in the workout builder. Set the number of exercises and add a warm-up or cool-down if you'd like. Your session includes sets, reps and rest times, and you can print it or save it.

Question 7

Can I use Spark Health as a beginner?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Filter exercises and workouts by beginner difficulty and choose equipment you're comfortable with. Start gently, build up gradually, and stop if a movement causes pain. Ask a qualified trainer if you're unsure about technique.

Question 8

How are meal plans created?

Accepted Answer

Set your daily calorie target, diet preference, number of meals and days. You'll receive a selection of recipes with nutrition totals. Plans are estimates: check ingredients for allergies and adjust portions to suit your needs.

Question 9

How does the barcode scanner work?

Accepted Answer

Open Nutrition, choose the Barcode tab and tap Scan. Allow camera access and point it at the barcode. When a code is recognised, the product lookup starts automatically. You can always type the barcode digits instead.

Question 10

What if a barcode isn't found?

Accepted Answer

Check the digits and try again, or search by the product name. Some regional or recently released products aren't available. Read the product label when an exact match is missing.

Question 11

How accurate is the nutrition information?

Accepted Answer

Nutrition values are estimates based on food composition information and product labels. Portions, preparation and product changes can affect the numbers. Check serving sizes and use the information as a guide, not a medical measurement.

Question 12

Why does the camera need permission?

Accepted Answer

Camera access is used only for barcode scanning. The scanner stops when you close it. Camera access requires a supported browser on a secure connection, and manual barcode entry remains available if you decline permission.

Question 13

Is this medical advice?

Accepted Answer

No. Spark Health offers general fitness and nutrition information. It does not diagnose, treat or provide personalised clinical advice. Consult a qualified professional if you have a health condition, injury, pregnancy or specific dietary needs.

Question 14

How can I get help or request account deletion?

Accepted Answer

Email hello@healthspark.co or use our contact page. For an account or privacy request, contact us from the email associated with your account so we can verify the request.
