Terms of Service

The ground rules for a healthy, respectful experience.

Last updated: 7 October 2026

1. Using Spark Health

These terms govern your use of Spark Health's exercise, recipe, nutrition and planning tools. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use it. The service is intended for adults aged 18 or over.

2. Your account

You may create an account using Google to save workouts, meal plans, recipes and exercises. Use accurate account information, keep your sign-in secure and do not share access or impersonate another person. You are responsible for activity through your account; contact hello@healthspark.co if you suspect unauthorised access.

3. Health and safety

Spark Health provides general information, not medical, dietetic or individually prescribed training advice. Workouts and meal plans do not account for your full health history, allergies, injuries or medications. No particular health, weight or fitness result is guaranteed.

Consult a qualified professional before changing your exercise or diet if you have a medical condition, injury, pregnancy or other concern. Check ingredients for allergens, verify serving sizes and stop exercising if you experience pain, dizziness or other concerning symptoms. Seek urgent medical help when needed.

4. Membership and pricing

Advertised unlimited membership pricing is $12.99 per month or $89.99 per year in USD. The annual price saves $65.89, approximately 42%, compared with twelve monthly payments. Both advertised plans cover all listed features for ordinary personal use.

Creating an account or viewing pricing does not authorise a charge or activate a paid subscription. If paid checkout becomes available, the total charge, billing period, renewal terms, taxes if applicable, and cancellation method must be clearly presented before purchase. Any future changes will not retroactively alter a completed purchase without the notice and rights required by law.

Refunds and cancellation rights for a paid purchase are governed by the terms shown at checkout and applicable consumer law. These terms do not remove mandatory consumer rights.

5. Acceptable use

Use the service for lawful personal purposes. Do not scrape or bulk-download content, automate requests to abuse capacity, resell access, bypass security or access restrictions, upload harmful material, or interfere with other users. Unlimited access is not a licence for automated or commercial extraction. Reasonable technical safeguards may apply to protect reliability.

6. Content and saved items

Service content, branding and underlying materials belong to their respective owners. You may view and use content for personal fitness and meal preparation, including printing your own plans. Do not redistribute or sell service materials without permission.

Saved items are linked to your account and may be removed through your dashboard. You retain any rights in original material you supply and grant only the permission needed to store and display it as part of the service. Keep your own copy of plans you rely on.

7. Accuracy and availability

Exercise details, nutrition values and generated plans may contain errors, omissions or estimates. Products and ingredients can change. Verify important information, especially allergens and dietary restrictions. Barcode results depend on product coverage and are not guaranteed.

We aim to provide a reliable service, but availability and uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed. Features may change, and maintenance or technical issues may temporarily affect access. We will act reasonably when material changes affect a paid service.

8. Suspension and closure

We may restrict access where necessary to address security risks, unlawful use or serious breaches of these terms. Where appropriate, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue. You may stop using the service at any time or request account deletion at hello@healthspark.co. Account deletion does not replace any cancellation step disclosed for a future paid subscription.

9. Responsibility and legal rights

To the extent permitted by law, Spark Health is not responsible for losses caused by reliance on inaccurate general information, misuse of the service or events outside reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable rights relating to personal injury, fraud or consumer protection.

Mandatory laws and consumer protections where you live continue to apply. Contact us first if a dispute arises so we can try to resolve it fairly.

10. Privacy and changes

Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled. We may update these terms when the service or legal requirements change, showing a revised date and providing additional notice when required. Material changes affecting paid services will be handled in accordance with applicable law.
